Melee Weapons dont work, i cant hit mobs or other Players (Samurai Sword, Sledgehammer, Screwdriver, Surgical Axe, Machete)

Hello, I figured out an issue.
On all the 1.12 version of this content pack, the melee weapons deals no damage, is the bug known and will it be fixed ?
