The mod brings new infection to the world. There are a lot of new zombies who you'll try to kill - or else you can become one of them! 5 new structures: 3 types of containers, bunker and research lab 14 in Blood forest! 2.3.0 - "THE HORDE UPDATE". Now, every 20 in-game days, a horde is coming! Horde contains 20 Infected from the horde and 4 default Infected. Before the horde spawns, there will be a message in chat: "The horde is coming".
