Zian Mobs
Bring animated creatures, combat NPCs and fantasy equipment to your adventures. Zian Mobs lets server administrators configure encounters directly in-game, with wave zones, personal rewards and clear progress displays.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.21.1 and Java 21.
- NeoForge 21.1.259 or newer for Minecraft 1.21.1.
- GeckoLib 4.9.3 or a compatible 4.x version, required on both client and server.
- Install Zian Mobs on both client and server. Zian Manager, MythicMobs and ModelEngine are not required.
Creatures and combat NPCs
Meet three animated Cursed One variants and Oni Brute. Configure combat NPCs with seven appearances, melee weapons, bows and sonic, dragon, Wither or blaze skills. Special attacks do not destroy terrain.
Encounters and rewards
Create zones with selectable creature teams, spawn points and multiple waves. Preview their boundaries with wireframes, follow wave progress and cooldown displays, and use boss bars for your encounters. Personal rewards support pending deliveries and administrative review, with persistent records to prevent duplicate deliveries.
Fantasy equipment
The catalog contains 46 equipment and decorative items and five spawn eggs. Discover enhanced bows, poison, bleeding, Wither and weakness effects; critical-hit healing; right-click staff attacks; the protective Hylian Shield; revival wings; and an edible blessed rupee. Equipment names and short lore use a fantasy style. Ability cooldowns are 30 seconds. No armor is included.
Getting started
Run /zianmobs as an operator with permission level 2. Create a creature or NPC, configure rewards, then create a zone with its team and spawn points. No natural spawning or active zones are added automatically. Players can check pending rewards with /zianmobs pending. The interface supports GUI scales 2, 3 and 4.
Back up your world before updating. Replace the previous JAR on both client and server; do not keep two versions installed. Existing beta.8 identifiers and world data are preserved.
