What's new

Changelog:
- Config added to disable following system or configure it (for now without ui).
- System to create own spells (You can find tablets in structures that will give you more understanding about how you can create own spells, you can apply them to your wand).
- Recipes to turn Spellwords Tablets to Magic Crystals. Also you can turn your spells to Unfinished Spellbook if you don't need them anymore.
- New Turn Spellcaster spell
