- Progressive difficulty scaling based on world age
- Smooth and configurable progression that now extends up to 200 in-game days by default

### Balance
- Early game stays close to vanilla
- Difficulty ramps more gradually and more cleanly over long-term worlds

- Late game and night encounters become noticeably more dangerous without changing core vanilla survival systems
### Boss Scaling
- Ender Dragon and Wither gain bonus health and damage on each new respawn
- Boss scaling is capped and configurable
- Boss progression is saved per world
