- Add custom condition support

    - Player object now available for condition and mutator functions

    - Altar now remembers who placed and used it. Summoning from world via redstone pulse will grab a random player that it remembers. If the player it grabs aren't online or in a separate dim, will likely fail. Break and replace to forget others.

- Fix items not rendering on world rejoin
