Zen Summoning

- Added redstone support for summoning (drop catalyst above altar and apply redstone signal)

Note: if altars aren't accepting items, then try breaking and placing the altar in the world. The inventory capacity of the altar is based on the known summoning recipes when the altar is first placed, so placing an altar before scripts with summonings are added will result in a capacity-zero altar.
