What's new

(The V1.6 that Ported to 1.12.2)
Updated with several significant changes, although no new planes or helicopters yet.

- Added new effects and sounds, consistent with newer versions of the IAV.
- Updated all item recipes to be more survival-friendly.
- Removing the B8V20-A rocket pod. Instead, the B8M1 was also replaced with the B8 Series Rocket Pod to make it universal for both aircraft and helicopters, with different model appearances.
- Fixed several bugs that appeared during the IAV version update.
- Fixed a previous bug that prevented vehicles from taking damage.
