What is Zander's Reinforced Swords?

Every supported vanilla sword receives two reinforced tiers: V1 and V2.

V1 is a stronger and more durable version of the original sword, designed as a natural upgrade without adding too much complexity.

V2 takes things much further — significantly stronger stats, unique material passives and access to Hearts and Forge upgrades, allowing each sword to be built around a different playstyle.

The mod also adds:

Hearts — Powerful upgrades that can be installed into reinforced swords, granting unique passive or active abilities such as execution effects, armor piercing, lightning attacks, parrying, returning throws and more.

Forge Levels — Upgrade your reinforced swords through multiple Forge levels to permanently increase their attack damage and push them even further into late-game progression.

Active & Passive Abilities — Different Hearts provide completely different combat styles, from defensive parries and ranged sword throws to powerful offensive abilities.

Material Passives — V2 swords also gain special bonuses based on their material, giving Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite swords their own advantages.

Vanilla Anvil Integration — Hearts, Forge upgrades and related sword progression are handled directly through the vanilla Anvil, keeping the system familiar and easy to use.

Reinforced Progression — Upgrade your swords from vanilla equipment into V1 and eventually V2 while preserving compatible upgrades and enchantments.

Mix Hearts, Forge levels and different sword materials to create the weapon that fits your combat style.

This mod is actively maintained and will continue receiving updates, balancing changes, new content and ports to future Minecraft versions.
