Z Arrows and Stuff [FORGE]

A quick new version-build since I want to work on 0.2 soon but am currently somewhat ill.

0.1.5:
*Arrows now do additional damage in addition to doing default-arrow damage. Fire/Ice do an extra +1 heart, Shock does an extra +2 hearts and Bomb does an extra +6 hearts of damage.
*Ice Arrows now have improved behavior and will almost always create surface-level blocks for lava and water.
*Shock Arrows have been buffed and now do five hearts of damage per AOE-shock.
*Players are now immune to Shock AOE-effects but not direct Shock Arrow damage.
*Shock Arrows now only disarm enemies carrying metal weapons and shields but also now trigger AOE-attacks from hitting most non-solid metal blocks.
*Elemental and other types of arrows are now sold by the Fletcher villager profession.
