• Improve replacement of vanilla structures in /locate command, and in mods such as Explorer's Compass.
• Use proper fallback system for custom banner names, so that they don't become unreadable if the mod is removed.
• Fix unsafe call to ServiceLoader#load.
• Remove mixin refmap, reducing log spam.
