This is a modified version of YUNG's Better Caves for 1.12.2 It adds performance tweaks from NoiseThreader and allows for uncapped y level cave generation.

What's new
- Added NoiseThreader's optimization patches directly into the mod, including its multithreading features. They have also been modified, as they didn't like dealing with y values beyond what vanilla does.
- Better Caves' cave generation no longer has a hardcoded y range; still, I decided to limit the configs to only accept values ranging from -256 to 512, since those are Depths Update's limits as of now
