### 优化与重构
- 重构梦澄币注册、怪物掉落和手持兑换逻辑，减少重复代码。
- 保持原有功能不变：四种梦澄币、合成表兑换、右键 8:1 合成、潜行右键 1:8 分解。
- 优化配置结构，掉落概率与数量设置更清晰。

### 兼容性
- 适配并验证 NeoForge 21.1.200。
- Minecraft 版本仍为 1.21.1。
- Java 版本要求为 21。

### 资源与文档
- 修复简体中文语言文件乱码问题。
- 精简英文语言文件，移除模板示例内容。
- 删除无实际用途的空 mixin 配置。
- 重写 README，提供中英双语说明。
- 清理本地运行目录相关冗余文件，并更新 `.gitignore`。
