- Add viscous heavy oil and wet asphalt blocks/carpets; asphalt cures after 1200 game ticks. Heavy oil keeps one state.
- Use gasoline for off-road vehicles/speedboats and diesel for tanks, with ninefold per-unit endurance, 64-unit reserve slots and automatic consumption.
- Add petroleum fuels, advancement updates, recipe-book previews and optional REI fractionation recipes.
- Verified in an isolated full pack (372 checks) and a standalone server (291 checks); corresponding complete source rebuilds byte-identically.
