Replaced material-picker pagination with native continuous mouse-wheel scrolling, a draggable scrollbar, and clipped item-icon rows. Chinese names, material ordering, filtering, concrete blast-resistance warning, cancel/reset, draft-only changes, and merge-on-save remain available. The viewport fits small GUI sizes and resizing keeps its scroll offset.

Includes 1.1.3: schematic total materials remain available independently of world chunk loading. Previously checked unloaded chunks retain cached counts, while newly loaded chunks refresh their counts.

Validated in the isolated full-pack client with the final Ear Guardian combination (706 checks); exported complete source independently rebuilds with identical JAR entries. Litematica, MaLiLib and Fabric API are optional at startup; extension features remain hidden when their prerequisites are missing. No player production worlds were opened.
