Improve movement of yoyos, fast ones should no longer get stuck in trees

Yoyos should no longer be stuck in the block next to you when you throw them

Added The Rainbowyo, an op, creative only yoyo

New Modifier/Enchantment: Collecting

Allows yoyos to pick up items, which will then be given to the player when the yoyo returns

Extension now only costs 8 string per level, and each level gives 2 extra blocks length
Shear adds a constant 0.5 damage, to reflect the vanilla version

Shear yoyos can now cut down leaves, cobwebs, and double plants

Alter texture for shear yoyos

Shear yoyos are sideways now. I think it looks cool
