Yet Some Other Backrooms

- Added "slowRegen" gamerule (true by default) -> enables/disables Yet Some Other Backrooms' health regen system
- Added "F3 Menu" gamerule (true by default) -> enables/disables if Yet Some Other Backrooms allows for coordinate access in the F3 Menu
- Added "playerNametagVisibility" gamerule (true by default) -> enables/disables if Yet Some Other Backrooms allows for players' nametags to be visible by other players
- Added "suffocationNoclip" gamerule (true by default) -> enables/disables if you will be brought into the Backrooms through suffocation
- Added Sanity Bar
  - Added (visual) Hallucinations, I may add auditory ones too tho
  - Added Depression effect -> Added new death message
  - Added Wretched Cycle effect (No new death message required)
- Added Temperature Bar
  - Added Warmth effect
  - Added Chill effect

- Fixed noclipping sfx playing when suffocating inside of the Backrooms
- Fixed noclipping sfx sometimes playing in loop
- Fixed Level 1093's snow weather not working
- Fixed Level 1093 placing you into the ground upon first generation
- Fixed Level 6 placing you into the ground upon first generation
- Probably fixed other bugs I forgot about lmao

- Reworked Level 440's generation -> looks like an actual desert now
- Reworked Level 10's generation -> looks like plains now

Next update I'm trying to plan on adding/reworking content featuring levels. Source code on the discord, as usual
