   - "The Author" refers to ImpavidEh/Jakerzzz and any designated project maintainers of Modified MC.
   - "Contribution" means any work of authorship submitted to The Author for inclusion in The Code.

2. PERMISSIONS
   - You may view, use, and modify The Code for personal use.
   - You may contribute improvements, bug fixes, or additions to The Code through the official project channels.
   - You may use The Code as part of a Minecraft instance for personal or server use.

3. RESTRICTIONS

4. CONTRIBUTIONS

   - You affirm that you have the right to grant the above license for any Contribution you make.
   - Contributions accepted by The Author become part of The Code and subject to this license.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
   - The Code is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
   - The Author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of The Code.

6. MINECRAFT TERMS
   - This license does not grant any rights to Minecraft itself, which is subject to Mojang's EULA.
   - Users must comply with Mojang's EULA when using this mod.
