-cooldown on spells

-nerfs:

    -> aqua eructo has now a % chance to create water

    -> death eaters time between spells increased

-spell book rework:

     -> changing text layout, hover texts, buttons

     -> change literal text to translatable text

     -> line break for translatable text

-fixed:

     -> herbivicus now works on servers

     -> glacius fixed

     -> no exp when killed with spells fixed

-config changes:

     -> hotbar config moved to client config

     -> acromantula biome settings added
