Version parity with Forgecraft

Multiple Backend changes focusing on performance and the unreleased Machines module. 

Provides an event when `reload` command is run to indicate when the reload is finished. This will be toggleable later, for now it will print a message in chat.

Gremlins stole my Changelogs... (Truthfully, I forgot to write these down and I'd rather not go pull the github pushes to find it at the moment. 😅)
