[Changes] Tagging system and starts moving all tags to XyCraft Core. Note for pack makers, there are some significant changes to how to choose a specific gem or ore, similar in the works. Items are already done, but blocks are still process. Sorry for inconveniences :(

[Changes] Some recipes related to packaging and unpackaging such as Aluminum storage blocks, are now always expecting XyCraft's item in the middle to allow you to select which variant you want. This is a standard that has been around for a while, it was just never addressed.
