XyCraft: Machines

[Changes] Utilizes new registry system from XyCraft Core. Do note, that this migration may have introduced odd behavior.

[Removes] Temporary recipes for Experimental items.

[Adds] Jade support for XyCraft Tanks.

[Changes] EMI integration is still in progress, but it should now at least show the list of items you can make and utilize the tree functionality. It is still very much not done as we are waiting for something called Gander to make it much easier to understand how to use and what recipe layouts exist.

[Fixes] Adds null checks to various tinted blocks. If you are a mod dev, to render a block and have it look "correct" please make sure you use something along the lines of a fake world or similar when attempting to render a block at position.
