What's new

- Updated Forge required to 14.23.3.2655

- Fixed NullPointerException when debug logging is enabled and an entity doesn't have an ID

- Now using LivingSpawnEvent.CheckSpawn event so other mods' spawners will work where they may not have before (e.g. Roguelike Dungeons' spawners)
