When the mouse pointer is over withdraw, it will show you how much the Withdraw costs, the experience you'll get with and how much will remain in XP Holder.

You got lots of Experience but you're 100% sure that you'll lose it in lava because you keep mining straight down? Don't worry anymore my friend, I got you covered!
With an XP Holder you're able to store up to 50 experience levels and get them back whenever you want. It even has a unique way to craft it!

XP Holder
Can store up to 50 Experience Levels
Unique way to make one
Right-Click to deposit experience
Shift-Right-Click to get back experience. Mending works but it's not as efficient as getting experience normally.
The more experience you have / the xp holder has when depositing / getting back experience, the faster will be.
By looking at it you'll know how much levels are stored
When destroyed you'll lose 10% of the experience contained and experience will fly everywhere.
Advancements
Advancements help the player learn the mod. The learning starts as soon as you mine one obsidian.
How to craft one (if you want to spoiler it yourself, but there should be no need since advancements already tell you how to craft one)
First off, you need 10 obsidian, 2 books, 4 diamonds, 2 lapis blocks and 5 lime dyes.
Craft Two Obsidian Container
Craft the top
And the bottom part of the holder
Enchant both with Holder (about level 15 (13-17) enchantment, could be that the enchantment is locked and you must refresh the enchanting table by enchanting something else or try blocking / adding libraries)
Merge the two enchanted parts in an anvil, costing 10 levels
Tooltip says how much experience it holds.
