XP Core v1.1 - Update Notes

• Significantly reduced the frequency at which the Gnorb mob steals experience.
  (Previously, XP theft occurred far too often.)

• Increased the spawn delay for Echo XP Core crystals.
   (Previously, crystals appeared at an extremely fast rate.)
