XP Brew (XP Boost potions)

Turn that nearly useless Bottle O Enchanting into potions, farm some XP, whether it be slaughtering or mining, any XP orbs you get will be boosted while under the effects of these potions. Strengths and times handled just like vanilla with redstone and glowstone, but as the potion gets stronger there are more side effects, the extra strong nonvanilla style brewing recipie is brewed with XP Brew 2 and lapis, it even grants luck, but has the most side effects. 

The maximum xp orb this mod registers is worth 50 xp, this is to prevent the potions effects from being ABSURD, while still allowing massive payout increases. Without this limit the XP gains spiral out of control in some rare cases.
