- 12 creatures: Xeno Stalker, Probe Drone, Skitterling, Mutant Zombie, Brute Zombie, Infected Villager, Flesh Spider, Xeno Soldier, Phase Assassin, Psion, Exo Brute and the Alien Sovereign boss.
- 7 structures: Crashed Mothership, Scout Pod Crater, Buried Outpost, Cryo Lab, Alien Tower, Mutant Lab and the Sovereign Lair.
- Brute Zombie health raised by 50%.
- New: Wall Ambush. Breaking walls in the Mutant Lab can release the zombies hidden behind them.
- Plasma Pistol model is 25% bigger.
- Builds for Forge 1.20.1, Forge 1.21.1, NeoForge 1.21.1, Fabric 1.20.1 and Fabric 1.21.1. Requires GeckoLib (and Fabric API on Fabric).
