Dynmap Integration

  • Added optional Dynmap integration with automatic detection and no hard dependency required.

  • Added Dynmap city overlays for faction territory.

  • City claims now display as colored territory regions on Dynmap.

  • Added city border outlines and city center markers.

  • Dynmap overlay colors now match faction colors.
