Xenofactions City/Claims Update

Added

City Centers

  • Replaced Claim Flags with City Center.
  • Cities must now be founded around a City Center. (/c claim <city name>)
  • Claims are restricted to a city's claim radius.
  • Added city naming system.
  • Added city ownership tracking.

City Levels

  • Added 5 city development levels:

    • Settlement
    • Town
    • City
    • Metropolis
    • Capital
  • Added city upgrade system. (/c city upgrade)

  • Added claim radius scaling by city level.

  • Maximum city radius is currently 6 chunks.

Territory Restrictions

  • Added non-overlapping city territories.
  • Added minimum spacing requirements between cities.

  • Cities can now be selected and transferred during surrender/peace negotiations.
  • Transferred cities retain their claims and city data.
