Removed EMP effect because of NTM potion ID conflict

Addded Reflection handler for MCHO/MCH

Strengthened chat filter

Removed devon missiles causing a conflict with mocreatures (somehow, oh yeah and mocreatures had a ton of issues in testing probably due to some spawning mod conflicts but yeah idek)

Fixed bobshop by using a actual JSON file instead of relying on world data so that after server restart things don't randomly delete themselves (thanks bob!)
