Xaero Multiworld Fix

Keeps Xaero's World Map from mixing maps on multi-world servers: detects the world by chunk contents and switches to that world's map.
The World Maps menu lists each map as a card with a territory preview, region count, size, last update and a live match percentage. The current world is highlighted with a Current label.
The Xaero World Map shows the explored forest and river terrain of the Survival World map after the mod bound the world to it.
After the world changes, the Xaero World Map shows a different desert and badlands map for the other world, instead of being merged into the first one.
