Supports cultivation and added an ore that does absolutely nothing(Except that its toughness can help cultivate).

Players can progress by walking, attacking and breaking blocks.

Players can also fly but for some reason, creative flight is broken but you can do /advcult 30 or something that this already allows flight.

/cult command that detects a player cultivation // TODO is to add this to the hud

/advcult (levels) advances "levels" amount of levels at once

/resetcult returns to the first cultivation level (as if you were a new player to the world)
