Rewrite of custom dungeon generation.

Rewrite of custom mob handling.

 

Mummy and Pharoh armor items removed.  You will get a message saying these items no longer exist, you can safely ignore it.

 

Added new mobs:

Fire Elemental, Defective Golem, Steve, and Ghost.  All mobs only spawn as part of custom dungeons (and Steve doesn't spawn at all, he's just there for some custom stuff I'm doing with Ruins templates in my personal modpack).

 

BugFix: Ore generation in alternate dimensions other than the nether should now function properly.

BugFix: Spawners should no longer spawn entities inside walls
