It has new achievements (some of them r secret). It has borbs, which you can encounter in the end. It has spoopy minotaurs. It has tarantulas. It has beetles, amphibians, and of course the most important stuff of all, lollers.
oh i forgot, it also has fleas and mosquitoes, good luck with that.
