Player Wormhole Stone adds a simple craftable item that lets you teleport to any online player.
Hold the Wormhole Stone to see your currently selected target in the Action Bar.
Use Shift + Right Click to switch between online players, then Right Click to instantly teleport to the selected player.
The item is consumed after use and features custom teleportation sounds and portal particle effects.
Teleportation is only possible if the selected player:
is in the same dimension, is alive, is not sleeping, or is not in Spectator mode
Designed for multiplayer survival and small servers.
Inspired by the Wormhole Artifact mod by MathiMomos.
