Added Party System, GUI.

New keybind in the Multiplayer category for New Wormhole GUI.

Plus cross-dimension teleporting!

Use "/wormholehelp" for help with the new commands.

Party Data is stored on players, making permissions easier to grant than remove. I had thought of a way to make infinite party sizes, and to store the data properly for easy removal, but this code doesn't cause lag.

Removed recipe to make vanilla style potions, but left them in creative mode.

Known Bug: Packet error may occur upon opening GUI. This has only effected me when trying to run in offline mode with the Mcreator test server/instance. If this bug happens to you on an online server, the server needs to install the "Bad Packets" mod, or there's the commands that do the same things as the buttons. I have been testing and retesting this bug for HOURS, there's no band-aid fix beyond these additional commands that let you avoid the GUI.
