What's new

Initial public release of the exact 1.0.0 compatibility patch used in Bears & Friends 0.11.12. Serializes WorldWeaver 21.0.30 numeric-provider registration. Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.265 and Java 21. Install alongside WorldWeaver on client and server. No upstream JAR is bundled. Targeted concurrency tests and complete-pack startup/server connection passed; other WorldWeaver versions are not certified.
