For Minecraft 1.21.11, on Fabric and NeoForge. Your 1.0.0 ledger and config carry over, and a backup of the old save is kept as memories.json.bak.

Highlights

• Moments: the game takes a small picture of new places, firsts, boss kills, deaths, builds and new biomes, so the ledger reads like a scrapbook.
• The ledger opens on your highlights, each with its picture and how far away it is. Chests stay out until you search.
• A Collection page for biomes, structures, dimensions, mobs defeated and firsts, with progress bars.
• After a death you see what got you, and one click pins your grave for the compass.
• A Stats page with your play sessions, longest life, distances travelled and more.
• Quiet by default: no toasts or chat until you first open the ledger, just one hint.

New

• Moments stay on your computer only. Turn them off with momentScreenshots.
• New finds show a toast, at most one every 15 seconds, and a burst shares one toast.
• Three advancements for visiting 25%, 50% and all biomes. Modded and datapack biomes and structures count.
• Search shortcuts like @death, #nether, -word and a | b. Hover the search box to see them.
• A More menu on each entry: copy /tp, copy a Xaero's or JourneyMap waypoint, send to a friend, delete.
• Team ledger (off by default): scoreboard teammates see each other's places and builds.
• Rumours: once you have opened the ledger, you may hear of a structure you haven't found, as a small toast.
• Ender chest contents, /memory grave, /memory open, /memory share and a page-turn sound.

Changed

• One simple ledger page: search, a row of filter icons, and Pin, Note and More on each entry.
• Items show as icons with counts. The off-hand compass sits in the top left, movable from the ? page.
• E (your inventory key) closes the mod's screens, and /memory clear asks you to confirm.
• Fabric and NeoForge share one codebase. NeoForge moves up from 1.21.1 to 1.21.11.

Fixed

• A new singleplayer world no longer inherits the ledger from the last world.
• Chests are recorded when you close them, are one entry per chest (double chests too) and go away when emptied.
• Deaths list what you dropped. On Fabric this used to be empty.
• Search finds any item in a chest, by name or id, in every language.
• Safer saving: a crash mid-save can't wipe the ledger, and an unreadable file is kept aside.
• The enabled config option now works, and opening a chest no longer shows an action bar message.

Balance

• Each kind of entry has its own limit (300 places, 300 chests, 100 deaths, 100 pets, 50 firsts, 100 builds). Chest spam can no longer push out deaths and places, and your pinned entry is never removed.
