What's new

Added more robust error logging to inform users which config options are incorectly configured
Switch to a proper logging system in preparation for the 1.13.2 update
Fixed the crash when the mod is improperly configured
Add a config option to shut down the server when the mod is improperly configured. This is to prevent terrain from generating without the intended configuration.
