why not 1.12.12
Hi Hexosse,
I'm running the following:
WorldEdit: worldedit-forge-mc1.12-6.1.8-dist
WorldEdit CUI: WorldEdit+CUI+Forge+Edition+2-2.1.2-mf-1.12-14.21.1.2387
OptiFine: OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_C8
Shader Pack: Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.17 High
I'm finding that with the shader pack active, your tool only shows you the selection wireframe when aiming at a specific area near the selected block(s). It's typically not even when aiming at the initial selected block - I have to aim at a block/area a couple blocks away from the initial block to have the wireframe appear (maybe where I was standing at the time?). It's easier to get them to appear if you're close to the selection but this happens seemingly from anywhere... as long as you're aiming at the spot that gets the selection to show then it will be visible, otherwise it disappears.
Is there a way to fix this or is this an inherent problem with shaders in general? I'm not sure I could bear to give up shaders, Minecraft's too ugly without them =\
I haven't tested this with other shaders. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi frammelpie,
unfortunately, the only way is not to use any shader.

Where'd the original World Edit go? Lookin' all over the place for it, any ideas?
Hi, first of all, thanks for this Forge version of WorldEdit CUI.
There seems to be a bug in the 1.7.10 version : all the lines appear grey, no matter what colors are set in the mod options page. It's better than not seeing the selection at all, of course, but it makes my transition from the liteloader version to this one a little unpleasant...
Any idea what's causing this, or if it will be fixed ?
Here are the versions of the (perhaps) relevant mods I tried, with the same result :
- Mod version : v1.0.7-mf-1.7.10-10.13.4.1566
- WorldEdit Forge version : 6.1.1, and 6.1.2 (built from source on github)
- Forge version : 10.13.4.1614
- OptiFine : 1.7.10-HD-U-C1, and 1.7.10-HD-U-D8
This normally happens when using a shader.
