What's new
- Interactive Calendar GUI (right-click the Calendar item): month view with
  Calendar/Forecast tabs, day-by-day navigation, click-to-select days, and
  colored markers for REAL, MOD and Player events.
- Forecast tab: qualitative (word-based) temperature, humidity and condition
  preview for any past date, with daily weather icons.
- Chat notifications: season changes, new-year announcements, today's event
  reminders and climate alerts (drought / rain period). Each type can be
  toggled in config/wwcm-common.toml (notifications. ).
- Player events: add your own yearly recurring dates via
  /calendar dates make <day> <month> <name>, shown in the calendar and synced
  to all players.

Fixes
- Player-created events now display only on their actual date.
- Calendar GUI layout: tabs and navigation controls no longer overlap.

Requires Minecraft 1.20.1 + Forge (tested with 47.4.10).
