You downloaded a map. Now you have to close the game, hunt down your instance folder, dig through AppData, unzip the thing into the right place, and pray you didn't nest the folder one level too deep. You launch again and it isn't there. ๐ค
World Menu fixes that. Two buttons, right on the Select World screen. Import a world from anywhere on your PC, or jump straight to your saves folder. You never leave the game. ๐

๐บ๏ธ Play downloaded maps instantly. Adventure maps, parkour, puzzle maps, CTM packs โ point at the world and it lands in your list, ready to play.
๐ Move worlds between instances. Built something great in a modpack and want it in your vanilla instance? Import it. Different launcher, different version, different folder โ doesn't matter.
๐ฅ Take worlds from friends. Someone sends you their save and you drop it in. No tutorial, no file manager, no guesswork.
๐ Find your saves in one click. Opens the exact folder this instance uses โ no more wondering which of your twelve .minecraft folders is the live one. Perfect for backups, or zipping a world up to send.
๐ก๏ธ It won't wreck anything. Picked the wrong folder? It says so instead of breaking. Already have a world with that name? You keep both โ nothing is ever overwritten.
๐ชถ Tiny and quiet. Client-side, no config screen, no performance cost, no changes to your worlds.

โ ๏ธ Note โ Client-side only. You don't need it on the server, and it won't touch your worlds unless you ask it to.
