- added new birds: turkey vulture, blue tit, japanese snow fairy
- added highly requested bird editor
- ducks no longer spawn in oceans, and no longer perch in lava, they also have a cap as a lot of them would spawn
- fixed birds (especially seagulls) spawning already out of despawn range and instantly disappearing when spawned far below/above the player, e.g. looking down at a lake from a mountain
- fixed some behind the scenes logic with birds migrating with the seasons veil mod (not out yet)
