Workhand Tools (1.1.2)

What's new
Workhand Tools 1.1.2
👀 Area Preview is Back
The area preview highlight is now working correctly. When you hold a workhand tool and aim at a block, the affected mining area is highlighted with yellow semi-transparent cubes. The preview updates in real-time and hides while sneaking.
Technical note: The highlight now uses ExtractLevelRenderStateEvent (firing during the gizmo collection phase) instead of RenderLevelStageEvent, which resolved the crash from v1.1.0 and v1.1.1.
🧱 Smarter Mining Direction
The AoE mining pattern now extends only forward from the aimed block, in the direction you're facing. Previously the pattern was centered on the aimed block, causing half of it to extend behind you. Now all mining happens in front of you, where you expect it.
Example (Grade 4 Professional, Cubic mode, facing north)
| Before (v1.1.0) | After (v1.1.2) |
|---|---|
| 2 blocks behind + aimed + 2 ahead = 5 deep | aimed + 4 ahead = 5 deep |
Lateral width and vertical anchoring (1 below, 3 above for 5-high patterns) remain unchanged.
