*completely rewrote the tasking AI

+ fixed miners don't place blocks in pit mode as stairs
+ fixed tools are still equipped when breaking
+ fixed bug when workers have the initial tool in hand after re-joining
+ fixed chest sound spam when deposit
+ fixed AI-goals can be triggered at the same time
+ fixed workers get stuck in/at fences
+ fixed double-chest lid not opening
+ fixed farmers will not take bone-meal from its chest to fertilize the field
+ fixed animal-farmers will not take the breeding item for its animal from the chest

+ added a forced deposit each time before sleeping
+ added naming when in hire screen
+ added forced upkeep/deposit when assigning chest
+ added ability to equip armor
+ added deposit for items that has been farmed (workers will deposit items when they have enough in their inventory) e.g. Farmers will only keep 64 of its seeds to replant others will be deposited in the chest.
