Have you ever been out in the woods with no food? Or are you bored of the foods base game Minecraft and other mods provide? Or have you ever thought "I really want to eat wood... in Minecraft"?

Well, if any of those questions I asked apply to you, I have created just the mod for you!

Say hello to Wood Cooking!

A mod where you can eat wood!

(Well, you can also eat leaves and sap, but "Wood Cooking" rolls off the tongue better than "Wood, sap, and leaves Cooking")

(Also you can't eat wood... just the bark... but it's close enough)

What does this mod add?

It adds:

- Bark (for all the different trees)

- Peelers

- Sap

- And some wood themed food items.

Why make this mod?

I made this mod for 2 reasons.

1. I thought it would be funny

And 2. For if you are in the middle of the woods with no food

This mod is basically a quick way to get food if you're stranded with at least one tree in your vicinity. It's quicker and consumes less hunger if you just craft a peeler and eat bark rather than running around to find food.

It's a silly little mod for a silly little purpose.

Can I use your mod in my modpack?

If I didn't want you to, I wouldn't make this public. I don't really care if you credit me, either, just don't say you created this mod.

I found a bug, what do I do?
