r72-guard2s：破防后两秒禁用格挡

破防禁用时间默认及最低改为 40 游戏刻（正常 20 TPS 下为 2 秒）。旧配置低于 40 会自动校正；超过 40 的自定义时长保留。如需恰好 2 秒，将世界 serverconfig/wolverine-server.toml 的 [clawTraversal] 中 breakTicks 设为 40。

其他减伤、精准格挡、容量成长、恢复及攻击规则保持不变。备份存档与配置，移出旧 JAR，客户端和服务器同时安装本修正版。工程 ZIP 不放入 mods。

Guard-break lockout now defaults to and requires at least 40 ticks (2 seconds at 20 TPS). Shorter existing settings are corrected automatically; longer custom settings are preserved. Other combat and recovery rules are unchanged.

Java 17 编译修改类，原格挡规则 793 项及新增配置校正、39/40 刻边界和存档恢复测试通过。基于 r72 成品，仅替换重新编译的 TraversalConfig.class 与版本元数据，其余 JAR 条目逐字节一致。未执行完整 Forge 重构建，未进行游戏内或联机验收。

This is a targeted compiled-class hotfix, not a full Forge rebuild. Guard regression and lockout tests passed; in-game and multiplayer testing remain outstanding.
