- Update API to version 2.7

- Add new achievement Wolf Pack and move existing Armor Up! achievement to Husbandry, under the Tame achievement

- Remove EntityDataManager from capability, now uses new packet

- New versioning structure; file version and internal version are now different
- Add more enchantments to wolf armor; this is mostly experimentalthough, and more filtering / custom handling will have to be added to get it to work properly. (the important thing is that wolves can now light your enemies on fire!)
- Somewhat hacky-sack, very temporary implementation for properly rendering sophisticated wolves
- New compatibility framework for when I'll implement Thaumcraft and EMC stuff
- Fixed sound bug with Tschipp's CarryOn, armor equip sound will now only play if you alter the gui container directly
- Various other fixes and tweaks
