Port 26.1.1

- Re-added scrollbar for Smithing Forge recipe view.

- Renamed soul_scorched_smithing_template to soul_scorched_upgrade_smithing template.

- Remaned sculk_metal_smithing_template to sculk_metal_upgrade_smithing_template

For existing worlds, this will make Soul Scorched Upgrade and Sculk Metal Upgrade dissapear from your inventory or chests (not generated not included). I tried to make that not happen, but, unfortunately there is no legit way to remap missing keys in world data.
