what's new/what has bean fixed:
-all wither mobs (with exepion to ones like the blob) will now despawn;
-wither effect no longer adds mass to the infection
-hanging wither plants will no longer spawn only with the roof blocks
-new block called "Wither Bone Block", can be crafted from 9 Wither Bones
-new icon for the creative tab
-the game will now count how many blobs are alive, and based on that it will set a wither phaze. 0 B. (blobs) = phaze 0, 1 B. = phaze 1, 4 B. = phaze 2 and 8 B. = phaze 3. right now the phazes don't do much.
-new biome called "The Withering Wasteland" that spawns in nether
-potion of immunity was removed
-the rain now gives Debuffs to wither mobs (exept ones adapted to water)
